2. Subject matter
These conditions govern the booking of experiences organised by Karuna Yoga Eventos: one-day events combining a multi-level yoga session, a gastronomic proposal and a cultural or nature activity in the Principality of Asturias, as well as bespoke private experiences designed for groups.
3. Booking process
- The participant selects the experience and available date on the website, or requests a quote for a private experience.
- They complete the booking form with their details, indicating any allergies, intolerances and relevant circumstances.
- They expressly accept these general conditions, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
- They make payment through the available methods.
- They receive an email confirming the booking along with these conditions and the practical information for the day. This confirmation completes the contract.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT. The price of each experience is detailed on its information page, along with included and excluded services. Prices may vary between experiences depending on the venue, gastronomic proposal and activity selected. The applicable price is the one published at the time of booking.
5. What the price includes and excludes
Unless the experience page states otherwise, the price includes: the guided yoga session, the gastronomic proposal described, the cultural or nature activity with the necessary staff and technical equipment, the organiser's accompaniment throughout the day, and public liability and accident insurance.
Not included: transport to the meeting point or between locations unless expressly stated, accommodation, unlisted drinks or food items, a yoga mat (we recommend bringing your own, although the organisation has some courtesy units available), or any personal expenses.
6. Payment methods
Payment may be made by bank card, Bizum or bank transfer, through the secure payment gateway enabled on the website. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by Karuna Yoga Eventos.
Invoice
An invoice will be issued for all bookings. The participant will receive the invoice by email. If it needs to be issued in a company's name, the tax details must be provided at the time of booking.
8. Participant obligations
- To provide accurate data and communicate any allergies, intolerances or relevant health conditions before the experience.
- To sign the risk information document and health declaration.
- To arrive punctually at the meeting point and follow the instructions of the staff.
- To attend with the clothing, footwear and equipment specified for each activity.
9. Minimum group and cancellations
Experiences require a minimum number of participants to take place. The cancellation, change and refund regime is governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on this website, which forms an inseparable part of these conditions.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103(l) of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date. The cancellation policy applies instead.
11. Liability
Karuna Yoga Eventos is responsible for the correct organisation and coordination of the experience. Active tourism activities are carried out by specialist, authorised companies with their own insurance, who are the technical providers of those activities. The organiser is not liable for damage arising from the participant's failure to follow safety instructions, concealment of relevant health information, or force majeure events.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.
13. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, photographs, videos, brand and design) is the property of Clara Gómez Cereceda or is used with authorisation, and reproduction without consent is prohibited.
14. Applicable law and complaints
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Karuna Yoga Eventos has official complaints forms. Consumers may direct their complaints to karunayogaeventos@gmail.com, to the consumer services of the Principality of Asturias or to the European online dispute resolution platform.
